These guys are awesome! They have innovative layout ideas and they really go the extra mile to be sure you will be thrilled with the outcome, before they start. As any graphic artist or photographer can attest, sending a project off to be printed is a process that often includes ashes, sackcloth, prayer and supplication. In the time I have known Anthia McStatts I have done business with her company numberous times, either for my promotional materials or those of my clients, and the outcome has been nothing short of dazzling.
However, that is only half the equation. There is also the matter of demeanor. Anthia is a person whose straight-talking, no-nonsense personal and professional presentation inspires higher reach out of those with whom she conducts business, despite letting her sly sense of humor sneak out from on regular intervals.
Anthia has a grasp on what she is doing that has her thinking several steps ahead of anyone with whom she does business, and she has a firm understanding of the business axiom that states, "It's not the number of people who come through the door of your business that counts, it's the number of people who come BACK through your door that makes all the difference."

I felt compelled to write this letter because of the great customer service I have, and still do, receive from you and your company. I have been doing business with you for over 5 years now. From my company business cards, signs, T-shirts and letterhead, just to name a few of the products I have received from you. All high quality and beautifully done. Any time I have had to have something ASAP you always delivered. I remember the time I could not pick up my business cards until after you guys closed. You left them outside for me in a spot behind your building where they could not get wet or be seen from anyone. I had to have them that day and you made sure I got them. Kathy Fulton and McStatts' Printing have come through for us a number of times and each time we got what we expected or more, we got it on time, and it was delivered with professionalism. Most recently, we had several banners, flags, and brochures made for a local trade show. I have used Kathy for a few years now for all of my printing needs. From shirts and license plates to decals and business cards - they have always been exactly what I have wanted and more. McStatts gets them done efficiently , and within my budget as well. I will drive over 2 hours to pick up ordered products, or Kathy will ship them directly to me. I would not use anyone else!!

The staff at McStatts' Printing could not have pleased me more today. I contacted Kathy at 2:15 this afternoon to inquire about producing an ad for the neighborhood newsletter. Problem being the deadline for the next issue was March 1st, 2 days ago. There was an outside chance I could still get in the next issue if I had my ad to them today. In less than an hour Kathy emailed me a camera ready ad in two formats. I simply forwarded the email and was able to get the ad placed.
Kathy's creative ability as well as her advice made the production process simple. Her foresight to email the ad in two formats guaranteed that the printer would be able to open one of them, thus eliminating any chance of delay. The ad will be the debut of the new company logo, another McStatts' creation.
